Details

The 12,645 sq foot two storey wood framed multipurpose building is separated into two buildings (Building A & B) by a firewall.

Building A consists of a store/café, office, storage and general services on level 1. A hotel and residential units on level 2. Building B consists of a firehall, workshop and storage garage.

Construction materials used for this project will be Glulam, prefabricated roof trusses and steel canopy. Exterior finishes will be corrugated metal cladding.
