Details

Project involved the construction of a new LEED Gold Healthcare Centre and Assisted Living Facility on a vacant parcel of land. The facility is mainly single storey wood frame construction with some concrete and masonry. The Health Centre includes an emergency, laboratory/x-ray, morgue, offices, support spaces, doctor’s clinics and leased space for a pharmacy. The BC Housing funded assisted living complex consists of 6 units plus common areas, multi-purpose spaces, scooter storage and support spaces.
