Details

Construction of new single storey wood framed S.A.Y. Health and Community Centre with some steel gravity elements. The new 2,134m2 (22,970ft2) facility will include a cultural gallery, gymnasium, fitness room, youth and elders room, council chambers, kitchen, café/staff room, community health room, health exam rooms and offices, administration offices and related support spaces. The construction includes wood platform framing on a concrete slab on grade with some structural steel column and beam elements, engineered roof beams and joists and roof trusses.
