Details

A new build single storey health & wellness centre. The 756.7 m² (8145 ft²) health facility will include a community health & wellness lounge, elders’ room & workshop, lobby area, medical exam and treatment spaces, a dental treatment room, office, administration spaces, general support spaces and an ambulance bay. The construction includes wood framing on a concrete slab on grade with roof trusses. New exterior site works included in this project will include grading and drainage, concrete pedestrian pathways and landings, gravel parking area, generator enclosure/garbage & recycling shed, landscaping, and water and sanitary connections.
