Details

Beckman Apartments is a mental health assisted living residence consisting of 20 units. Each resident will have their own mini-apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, where they can prepare meals. There will also be common areas with programmed activities.

Located close to community amenities and public transit, the home-like environment of the Assisted Living facility will feature wheelchair-accessible, self-contained studios with meals provided in common dining spaces. These 20 Assisted Living units will be separate from Beckman House, but located on the same property, and will provide a new housing option for individuals requiring mental health housing programs in Maple Ridge.
