Details

This project was funded by BC Housing. It is a LEED Gold Certified second-stage housing facility for adult men wishing to continue their recovery journey. The building has 31 self-contained apartments with a resident’s lounge and fitness room. Residential dorm-style facility includes concrete foundation and one level of parking below grade, four levels of wood frame, with wood trusses and wood rafters, roofing membrane and metal roof, landscaping and site servicing.
